Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges on all unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are always FREE. Returns are subject to an $8.00 return label fee, and will be deducted from your refund (not charged separately).

Original shipping costs (if applicable), and Grooms Club Shipping Protection are non-refundable. 

Standard ground shipping on exchanges is complimentary. If expedited shipping is requested, an additional fee will apply. To upgrade the shipping method on an exchange order, please call (201) 559-9715 within one hour of placing the exchange order.

Once returns are received and processed at our facility, a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear on the original payment method.

To ensure fairness for all customers, we are unable to accept return items that do not meet our return or exchange guidelines. When a return is rejected, no refund will be issued. The item(s) will be held for seven days, and can be shipped back for a flat rate of $10.00. To have rejected items shipped back, please call (201) 559-9715 within seven days of the rejection notification. 

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages reported as delivered but not received unless shipping protection was purchased at checkout. Grooms Club Shipping Protection is an optional additional service for order replacements and is not a shipping fee. Grooms Club Shipping Protection saves orders from damage, loss & theft.

If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please contact us at (201) 559-9715 prior to fulfillment. This will incur a fee of $5.90 - $8.65 depending on the shipping carrier. 

Please note that all orders over $99 qualify for standard free shipping. Exclusions to Alaska and Hawaii may apply.
